Der Holzstich, Ausschnitt aus einer Zeitschrift der 1880er Jahre, zeigt eine Kasselaner Straße mit dem Blick auf das Wohnhaus der Brüder Jacob und Wilhelm Grimm in den Jahren 1805 - 1814. Das Blatt ist teilweise weiß gehöht. Am unteren rechten Rand findet sich der Name des Künstlers: HR Hochapfel (Helwig Reinhard Hochapfel) und am linken unteren Rand der Name des Stechers: Rosenzweig.
