Die schweizerische Chiffriermaschine NEMA ( NEue MAschine) wurde Anfang der 1940er-Jahre als Ersatz für die Enigma entwickelt. Das elektromechanische Walzengerät lehnt sich konstruktiv an die Enigma an und wurde nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg von der Zellweger AG produziert.
