Zu Beginn der Covid 19 / Corona-Pandemie im März 2020 war für Pflegekräfte in der ambulanten Pflege (hier: Werther, Künsebeck, Borgholzhausen und Steinhagen) keinerlei professioneller Schutz vorhanden und erhältlich. Daher hat eine Kollegin aus Stoffresten hunderte Masken genäht. Schnittmuster waren im Internet zu finden, z.B. Anleitungen auf "youtube".
